SPECIFICATIONS:

 

 1. Supply : 110 V AC & 220V AC, 50 Hz

3. Range : For ACC 03− 3 mtr. Maximum, minimum− 1.5 mtr. For ACC 10- 10 mtr. Maximum, minimum−5 mtr.

 Terminal Strip Connections:

 1. P - Phase 220V AC CAUTION : Connect 110V / 220V

2. P - Phase 110V AC AC at appropriate terminals.

3. N - Neutral Never connect 220V AC supply

4. E – Earth to 110V AC terminal No. 2

5. NC - OUTPUT - Normally closed contact

6. C - OUTPUT - Common

7. NO - OUTPUT - Normally open contact Connection

INSTALLATION :

 1. Mount the control unit on one crane.

 2. Press the laser alignment Switch provided on black plate and keep It pressed. A red spot will be seen. Now align the reflector with this Red spot at the required distance on the other crane. Now release the switch. The red spot will turn OFF. You can align the reflector and control unit with this switch. This switch should be used only at the time of alignment.

 3. Make sure that both the contr units should not be placed opposite to each other.

 4. Connect the coil of the contactor controlling the moving crane as Shown in connection diagram above.

5. In case both the cranes are moving, install another set with reflector on the crane carrying the control unit of 1st crane and control unit on 2th crane. Install 2 units as shown below for proper working.
